Are your designer dog collars made entirely of
sterling silver?
Yes! All the designer dog collars featured on the Bijoux
Four Paws website are made in Sterling Silver including chains, wires, pet
ID tags, clasps and charms. We use only the finest quality Swarovski
crystals and natural stones for our unique Valentine and "Stone Bone"
pet jewelry collections. Our
Signature Piece, the elegant pink or white pearls with sterling
silver heart-shaped pet ID tag and toggle clasp are real pearls.

Do you offer engraving on your pet ID tags and how do I go about
adding engraving to your sterling silver tags and charms?
Yes, we offer custom engraving free. Please view our
available fonts and make your choice specifying the actual name
of the font shown when you place your order. Engraving can be done on
the front and back of all our standard sterling silver charms and pet ID tags,
name on the front and phone number on the back only. The phone number on the
back will be rendered in block font for legibility. There will be an
$8.00 surcharge for additional engraving WHERE SPACE ALLOWS. Some smaller tags may
accommodate space for name and phone number only. Please specify your
engraving requests in the
space provided for optional comments box when checking out. If you
are unsure about engraving requests on our pet ID tags please email us
with your questions.

How do I measure my dog's neck size?
All of the dog collars in our online boutique
specify the neck size that the collar will fit.
Using a standard measuring tape, measure around your dog's neck where
the collar is normally worn comfortably. Measure as if measuring for a
man's shirt collar - do not measure too tightly! An alternative is to
place a piece of string around your dog's neck and then measure the
length of string with a ruler or measuring tape.
You can also determine neck size by measuring an existing collar.
Measure from the place where the material of the collar wraps around the
buckle to the hole in the collar you currently use.
Even though we allow for exchanges for incorrect size, you are
responsible for shipping charges so please sure you order the correct
size. Just a few minutes to take an accurate measurement will help
ensure you are pleased with your pet's new collar!

Lost Packages
If you wish to add insurance to
your package, please let us know. We do not ship with insurance, so
there WILL BE an additional charge for that.
Once a package leaves our company, it is no longer our
responsibility. Should your order not arrive within it's
approximate delivery time frame, please contact UPS. We
will help you as much as possible in dealing with them.
Undeliverable or Refused
Packages
Undeliverable packages which
require reshipment at the customer's request, are subject to a
reshipment charge of $15.
This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or
misinformation on the part of the customer.
