Our Return and Exchange Policy

All sales are final.
Exchanges allowed only for a different size of the original piece ordered. If there is any difference in price, a credit will be issued. Shipping and Handling is 15% on orders up to first $70 ordered, free for all orders over $70, US currency only. Overseas shipping and handling is more and priced individually. Please email for shipping prices on orders outside the continental United States.

Lost Packages
If you wish to add insurance to your package, please let us know.  We do not ship with insurance, so there WILL BE an additional charge for that.  Once a package leaves our company, it is no longer our responsibility.  Should your order not arrive within it's approximate delivery time frame, please contact UPS. We will help you as much as possible in dealing with them. 

Undeliverable or Refused Packages
Undeliverable packages which require reshipment at the customer's request, are subject to a reshipment charge of $15. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer.
