Small, Medium and Large Size Pet ID Tags

Sterling silver medium size heart, and medium/large size bone pet ID tags with sterling silver lobster claw clasps to interchange with our various designer dog collars and pet jewelry. All our pet ID tags are suitable for engraving, name on front, phone number on back. There will be a $5.00 surcharge for additional engraving. Some smaller sized pet ID tags only have enough room to accommodate the name on the front and the phone number on the back. The back style engraving will always be in block style font for legibility. Engraving of name and phone number only is free on all items. Please specify engraving instructions when you place your order in the space provided for optional instructions.
